Refund policy

At Kinky Zoo, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

We also include a 30-day warranty on all our products. We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary when shopping online, which is why we proudly offer a Satisfaction Guarantee across our entire product range.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved first – items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Email us at office@kinkyzoo.com, mentioning:

  • Item number

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect (if applicable)

Once validated, we’ll issue a replacement.

Unwanted Items

Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies

  • A store credit will be issued for the remaining amount

To begin, contact office@kinkyzoo.com with your item and order number. We'll provide an RMA (Return Authorization Number) and return instructions.
Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishables (e.g. food, plants)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty, intimate hygiene)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

If unsure, contact us before returning.

Exchanges

If you want a different product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order after return approval.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must remain:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • With tags and receipt/proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank to process it.
