At Kinky Zoo, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Orders with express shipping selected are prioritized and will be shipped same day if placed before 1:00 PM (local time).

Note: Weekend deliveries are not guaranteed. Delivery estimates apply to Monday–Friday only.

Backorders

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email.
Backordered items are shipped automatically as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.

If you'd like to cancel or inquire about a backordered item, please contact us at office@kinkyzoo.com and include your order number.
